Private Session

Completely one on one, workouts designed specifically to clients needs. Progress will be tracked weekly. Building up towards the end of the summer.

Group Session

My favorite way to train. Surrounding yourself in a positive working environment where ones can push and compete against one another. A great way to stay connected with teammates through the off season and train together.

Team Session

Experience the thrill of competition with our dynamic team workout sessions, designed for groups of 8-20. Participants will challenge each other across various timed stations, fostering a fun and competitive environment.
